Conference Venue
The conference takes place at the “Mediencampus Villa Ida”, Poetenweg 28 in D-04155 Leipzig, Germany.
Arrival by plane
From the airport Leipzig-Halle (LEJ) you take a taxi to the conference venue (15 km, 20 minutes), or take the train to Leipzig main station.
Arrival by train
All long-distance trains end at Leipzig main station. From there, take a taxi or the tram to Poetenweg 28..
Arrival by Tram
“Mediencampus Villa Ida” (Poetenweg 28) can be reached from the main station by two tram lines:
- Tram 4 (direction Gohlis/Landsberger Str.) from “main station/Hauptbahnhof” to “Stallbaumstrasse”, and 3 minutes walk along the street named Poetenweg.
- Tram 12 (direction Gohlis-Nord). from main station/Hauptbahnhof” to “Fritz-Seger-Strasse”, and 5 minutes walk along the Poetenweg, passing the small castle “Gohliser Schlösschen”.
The main station is a central transfer point for almost all tram- and bus lines.

Arrival by car
Arriving via Autobahn A14, get off at the exit “Leipzig Mitte” in the direction Leipzig/Zentrum, from B2 “Essener Strasse” turn right, then left at the second light crossing. You are now on Virchow-Strasse, direction into town. Continue into Lützowstrasse, always going straight ahead. Once you have passed Georg-Schumann-Strasse, after a sharp bend to the left, there is the entrance to Menckestrasse on the right. From there you turn left into Schlösschenweg, and you will already see the Mediacampus on the right side.
